ریختهگری کامپوزیت پیشرفته پایه زاماک 5 با فاز فلزی تقویت کننده سهبعدی پیوسته مسی
هدف از پژوهش حاضر ارائه روشی ابتکاری برای تولید کامپوزیتهای پایه فلزی با فاز تقویتکننده الیافی سهبعدی پیوسته بهصورت فوم سلول باز فلزی است. در پژوهش حاضر فاز مادر آلیاژ زاماک 5 و جنس فاز تقویتکننده سهبعدی پیوسته، فوم مسی خالص است. در این روش فوم مسی سلول باز در داخل قالب فلزی جایگذاری میشود. سپس مذاب زاماک با فوق گداز مناسب از بستر فوم مسی عبور نموده و کل قالب فلزی پر میشود. در این صورت کل شبکه سهبعدی متخلخل فومی مسی به عنوان فاز دوم صلب در داخل زمینه آلیاژ زاماک قرار میگیرد. برای اتصال بین زاماک و شبکه مسی سهبعدی نیاز است، فصل مشترک این دو، دارای اتصال نفوذی اندکی باشد که بتواند تنش را بهخوبی منتقل کند. از این رو این اتصال با فوق گدازهای مختلف و ضخامتهای مختلف الیاف شبکه مسی، موردبررسی و آزمون قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان میدهد که ضخامت الیاف مسی باضخامت تقریبی 800 میکرومتر، PPI 8-10 و دمای فوق گداز حدود 65 سلسیوس، بهترین نتایج را برای نفوذ جرمی مس در مفصل مشترک شبکه مسی با زمینه زاماک، بدون عیوب سرد جوشی و نیامد، فراهم میآورد. همچنین شبکه سهبعدی مسی بهعنوان مبرد داخلی باعث ساختار دندریتی ریز میشود.

اثر کربن بر ریزساختار و خواص مکانیکی سوپرآلیاژ Haynes 25
در این پژوهش اثر میزان 05/0، 1/0 و 15/0 درصد وزنی کربن بر ریزساختار و خواص مکانیکی سوپرآلیاژ 25 Haynesدر حالت آنیل بررسی شده است. آلیاژها به روش ذوب القایی تحت خلأ ریختهگری، در کورهی ذوب مجدد تحت سربارهی الکتریکی تصفیه و سپس در دمایC˚ 1200 به مدت 30 دقیقه، آنیل انحلالی شدند. نتایج نشان داد که کاربید نوع M6C (غنی از تنگستن) در آلیاژهای حاوی کربن در ساختار رشد و با افزایش کربن، میزان آنها افزایش یافت. با افزایش کربن از 05/0 به 15/0درصدوزنی، اندازه دانه از 44 به 35 میکرومتر کاهش پیدا کرده؛ زیرا کاربیدها مانع از رشد شده و مکانهای مستعد جوانهزنی دانههای جدید را نیز فراهم آوردهاند. با افزایش میزان کربن به موجب ریزدانگی و افزایش کسر حجمی کاربیدها، سختی از 255 به 290 ویکرز، استحکام تسلیم از 450 به MPa 501 و استحکام کششی نهایی از 946 به MPa 1088 افزایش یافته و در مقابل میزان انعطافپذیری کاهش اندکی یافت.

تاثیر نرخ سرمایش پس از عملیات انحلال بر ریزساختار و سختی سوپرآلیاژ X-750
سوپرآلیاژ X-750 یک آلیاژ نیکل-کرم رسوب سخت شونده است که مقاومت به خوردگی و اکسیداسیون و استحکامش را تا دمای °C 704 حفظ میکند. اگرچه با افزایش دما تا بالاتر از °C 704 بیشتر اثرات رسوب سختی از بین میرود اما قطعات عملیات حرارتی شده، استحکام مفیدی را تا دمای °C 982 دارا هستند. به همین دلیل اعمال عملیات حرارتی به منظور پایداری فازهای استحکام بخش در سوپرآلیاژ X-750 امری حائز اهمیت است. هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی تاثیر نرخ سرمایش پس از عملیات انحلال بر ریزساختار و تغییرات ایجاد شده در مورفولوژی و اندازه ذرات رسوبی استحکام بخش به سوپرآلیاژ X-750 و همچنین ارتباط ریزساختار آن با سختی است. به این منظور، ضمن انجام عملیات حرارتی دو مرحلهای انحلال و پیرسازی جهت دستیابی به میزان و اندازه مطلوب ذرات رسوبی γ' ، شرایط و نرخهای متفاوت سرمایش پس از عملیات انحلال در نظر گرفته شد و آنالیزهای تصویری بر ریزساختارهای حاصل شده صورت گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که جوانهزنی ذرات رسوبی γ' ثانویه فارغ از نرخ سرمایش پس از عملیات انحلال اتفاق میافتد اما رشد آنها وابسته به دمای عملیات پیرسازی بوده است. همچنین تشکیل γ' ثانویه به محیط سرمایش پس از عملیات انحلال وابسته است و با افزایش نرخ سرمایش، میزان ذرات رسوبی γ' ثانویه کاهش مییابد. همچنین با افزایش نرخ سرمایش پس از عملیات انحلال، میانگین اندازه ذرات رسوبی γ' اولیه از 5/126 به 30 نانومتر کاهش یافت و درصد آنها از 59 % به 91/66 % افزایش یافت. بیشترین سختی متعلق به سیکل عملیات حرارتی 2-AC که دارای بیشترین میزان γ' ثانویه است، است.

بررسی خواص مکانیکی و سرعت خوردگی در محلول شبیه سازی بدن فومهای سلول باز منیزمی ریختگی
در این پژوهش فومهای منیزیمی سلول باز با مورفولوژی نامنظم و کروی در اندازه و میزان تخلخلهای متفاوت با استفاده از مواد فضاساز نمکی (NaCl) به روش فلزخورانی تولید شدند. پس از تعیین میزان تخلخلهای بسته، اثر مورفولوژی و میزان تخلخل بر خواص مکانیکی فومهای تولیدی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. بررسی ساختار فومها نشان دادکه بیش از ۹۳ درصد سلولهای فومهای تولیدی دارای تخلخل باز هستند و فومهای با سلول نامنظم میزان بالاتری از سلول بسته را دارا هستند. همچنین درصد تخلخل فومها از ۵۴ تا ۶۲ درصد متفاوت بود. نتایج آزمایش فشار نشان داد که با افزایش درصد تخلخل خواص مکانیکی نظیر مدول یانگ فوم ( ) و تنش منطقه هموار ( ) کاهش مییابد. همچنین فومهای با سلول نامنظم نسبت به فومهای با سلول کروی به علت داشتن منطقه همواره پهنتر در منحنی تنش-کرنش، میزان جذب انرژی بالاتری دارند. سرعت خوردگی فومها نیز با انجام آزمایش غوطهوری در محلول شبیهسازی بدن (Simulated Body Fluid; SBF) برای دو نمونه فوم با مورفولوژی سلول کروی و کمترین مقدار سلول بسته اندازهگیری شد. نتایج نشان داد که اندازه تخلخل فومها بر سرعت خوردگی اثرگذار است، بهطوری که فومهای با اندازه سلول کوچکتر نسبت به فومهای با اندازه سلول بزرگتر سرعت خوردگی بیشتری داشتند.

طراحی آلیاژهای دیرگداز آنتروپی بالا با هدف کاهش وزن و هزینه
آلیاژهای آنتروپی بالا دسته جدیدی از آلیاژهای چند جزئی هستند که فاز محلول جامد به عنوان فاز اصلی در آنها تشکیل میشود. این آلیاژها به دلیل تنوع عناصراصلی در ترکیب شان، ظرفیت بسیار مناسبی جهت طراحی آلیاژهایی با خواص مورد نظر از جمله وزن کمتر و هزینه کمتر را دارند. در سالهای اخیر فعالیت های متعددی در زمینه آلیاژهای دیرگداز آنتروپی بالا جهت کاربردهای دما بالا انجام شده است. با این حال از آنجایی که فلزات دیرگداز عموما دارای چگالی بسیار بالا و تا حدودی گران قیمت است، لذا طراحی ترکیب آلیاژ به نحوی که بتوان وزن و هزینه مواد اولیه را کاهش داد، اهمیت ویژهای دارد. در این پژوهش با استفاده از محاسبات پارامترهای ترمودینامیکی و فیزیکی ترکیب عناصر در آلیاژهای دیرگداز آنتروپی بالا W-Mo-Ta-Nb-V و W-Mo-Cr-Ti-Al به نحوی بهینه سازی شد که ضمن رسیدن به فاز محلول جامد، وزن و هزینه به حداقل برسد. نهایتا آلیاژ دیرگداز آنتروپی بالا W10Mo27Cr21Ti22Al20 به عنوان آلیاژ با ترکیب بهینه در سیستم آلیاژی W-Mo-Cr-Ti-Al انتخاب و به روش ذوب قوسی در خلاء ذوب و آلیاژسازی شد. این آلیاژ حاوی فاز محلول جامد با ساختار BCC به عنوان فاز اصلی و مقدار کمی فاز لاوه به عنوان فاز فرعی است که توافق خوبی با نتایج محاسباتی دارد. تصویر SEM-BSE آلیاژ ریختگی یک ریزساختار دندریتی را نشان می دهد که دندریتها غنی از عناصر با نقطه ذوب بالاتر همچون تنگستن و مولیبدن و بین دندریتها غنی از آلومینیم، تیتانیم و کروم است.

اثر سرعت سرد کردن بعد از عملیات انحلالی بر رفتار پیری سوپرآلیاژ ریختگی IN718
در تحقیق حاضر، رفتار پیری سوپرآلیاژ ریختگی IN718 متاثر از سرعت سرد کردن بعد از عملیات انحلالی مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. به این منظور، ابتدا سوپرآلیاژ ریختگی IN718 در دمای 1050 درجه سانتیگراد به مدت 150 دقیقه محلول سازی شد و سپس، نمونهها با سه نرخ سرمایش 240، 5 و 1/0 درجه سانتیگراد بر ثانیه سرد شدند. پس از اتمام این عملیات نمونهها در دمای 750 درجه سانتیگراد و در سه زمان 30، 60 و 90 ساعت پیرسازی شدند. بررسیهای ریزساختاری به وسیله میکروسکوپهای نوری (OM) و الکترونی روبشی گسیل میدانی (FESEM) و تفرق پرتو ایکس (XRD) نشان دادند که با افزایش سرعت سرد کردن، شرایط برای نیل به انحلال کامل فراهم میشود و تنها مقداری فاز TiC باقی میماند. با کاهش سرعت سرد کردن و افزایش زمان پیرسازی در کنار افزایش کسر حجمی و اندازه رسوبات ثانویه، میزان استحاله برشی از ''γبه δ نیز بیشتر میشود تا جایی که رسوبات δ نیز رشد میکنند. با افزایش سرعت سرد کردن، به دلیل کاهش میزان رسوبات سرمایشی سختی کاهش مییابد. با افزایش زمان پیرسازی با توجه به رشد غیرعادی رسوبات سختی افزایش و سپس کاهش مییابد. این کاهش سختی میتواند به دلیل رشد غیر نرمال دانهها و رسوبات ثانویه و تشکیل کروم سفید باشد. با افزایش سرعت سرد کردن پایداری فازی در طول پیری افزایش مییابد. این ثابت فازی را در روند تغییرات سختی نیز میتوان ملاحظه نمود.
