The experimental ‎study of nanoparticle melting is so complicated. So, many mathematical models have been proposed to ‎predict the melting temperature of free and embedded nanoparticles. However, most of these models are based ‎solely on solid phase properties and does not take the properties of the liquid state into account. This causes ‎inaccuracies in the results of these models. Therefore, development of new models with more accuracy is ‎essential. Based on the calculation of Gibbs free energies of solid and liquid phases, in the present study, a ‎thermodynamic model is proposed to calculate the melting temperature of embedded nanoparticles. The ‎proposed model used to calculate the melting temperature of silver nanoparticles embedded in nickel matrix ‎and Pb nanoparticles embedded in Cu and Zn matrices. The results showed that in the studied systems, ‎reducing the particle size will increase the melting temperature of the nanoparticles. Comparing the calculated ‎results with the available experimental data as well as the results of the previous models confirms the higher ‎accuracy of the proposed model. In addition to the particle size, the effect of nanoparticle shape on the melting ‎temperature is investigated. The results showed that the change in melting temperature with the change in ‎nanoparticles shape is evident only in nanoparticles smaller than 10 nm.‎}, keywords = {Nanoparticle,Thermodynamic,Melting temperature,Modeling}, title_fa = {مدل سازی ترمودینامیکی رفتار ذوب نانو ذرات فلزی جاسازی شده در فاز زمینه}, abstract_fa = {دمای ذوب یکی از مهمترین ویژگی‌های وابسته به اندازه در نانوذرات است. مطالعه تجربی دمای ذوب نانو ذرات بسیار پیچیده ‏است از این رو مدل‌های ریاضی مختلفی جهت پیش‌بینی دمای ذوب نانو ذرات آزاد و نانو ذرات جاسازی شده در فاز زمینه ارائه ‏شده است. با این حال اغلب این مدل‌ها صرفا بر مبنای خصوصیات فاز جامد ارائه شده‌اند و ویژگی‌های فاز مایع را در نظر نمیگیرند. ‏این امر موجب ‌می‌شود که نتایج حاصل از این مدل‌ها عمدتا با خطای زیادی همراه باشد. لذا ارائه مدل‌های جدید که دقت محاسباتی ‏بالاتری داشته باشند، امری ضروری است. در تحقیق حاضر، بر اساس محاسبه انرژی آزاد گیبس فاز جامد و مایع، مدلی ترمودینامیکی ‏جهت محاسبه دمای ذوب نانو ذرات جاسازی شده در فاز زمینه ارائه شده است‎.‎‏ مدل ارائه شده جهت محاسبه دمای ذوب در سه ‏سیستم متفاوت شامل نانو ذرات نقره در زمینه نیکل و نانوذرات سرب در زمینه مس و روی مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد ‏که در سیستم‌های مورد مطالعه کاهش اندازه ذرات موجب افزایش دمای ذوب نانوذرات خواهد شد. مقایسه نتایج حاصل از مدل با ‏داده‌های تجربی و همچنین نتایج حاصل از مدل‌های موجود، دقت بالاتر مدل ارائه شده در مقایسه با سایر مدل‌ها را تایید ‌می‌کند. ‏علاوه بر اندازه، اثر شکل نانو ذرات بر دمای ذوب آنها مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که تغییر دمای ذوب با تغییر شکل ‏نانو ذرات تنها در نانوذرات کوچک‌تر از ۱۰ نانومتر مشهود است.}, keywords_fa = {نانو ذره,ترمودینامیک,دمای ذوب,مدل سازی}, url = {https://www.foundingjournal.ir/article_125790.html}, eprint = {https://www.foundingjournal.ir/article_125790_a3335642275575b2d5315c2e9b8fb0c8.pdf} }
