تاثیر همزمان بیسموت، شرایط سرد شدن و پیرسازی مصنوعی بر روی کارایی آلیاژ ریختگی Al-8Si-0.3Mg

چکیده

در این تحقیق تأثیر هم‌زمان افزودن درصدهای مختلف بیسموت و سرعت سرد شدن بر بازدهی آلیاژ ‏ریختگی
 ‏Al-8Si-0.3Mg‎‏ پس از انجام عملیات حرارتی ‏T6‎‏ مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. سرعت سرد شدن با ‏استفاده از آنالیز منحنی سرد شدن و مشتقِ دوم آن محاسبه شد. یک مدلِ پله‌ای با ضخامت‌های مختلف به‌منظور ‏به دست آوردن چهار سرعت سرد شدن متفاوت (55/0 تا 6 درجه سانتی‌گراد بر ثانیه) طراحی شد. ریز‎ساختار ‏نمونه‌ها توسط میکروسکوپ نوری و الکترونی روبشی(‏SEM‏) مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که ‏نمونه‌هایی که توسط بیسموت بهسازی شده و در سرعت‌های بالاتری سرد شده‌اند زمان کمتری برای آنیل انحلالی ‏و کروی‌شدن سیلیسیم یوتکتیک نیاز دارند. همچنین نتایج آزمایش‎ ‎کشش بر روی نمونه‌های عملیات حرارتی ‏شده نشان‌ داد که بیشترین استحکام تسلیم (2/142مگا پاسگال)، استحکام کششی‎ ‎نهایی (235مگا پاسگال) و ‏ازدیاد طول قبل از شکست (1/6 %) در نمونه حاوی‎ ‎‏5/0% بیسموت که در بالاترین سرعت سرد شده است (6 ‏درجه سانتی‌گراد بر ثانیه)‏‎ ‎به دست آمد. سطح شکست نمونه‌های آرام سرد شده عموماً حاوی مناطق کلیواژ و بیانگر ‏حالت شکستِ ترد و در نتیجه، کم‌بودن انعطاف‌پذیری بود. در حالی که سطح شکست نمونه‌های سرد شده در ‏سرعت‌های بالاتر شامل دیمپل و حالت شکستِ نرم بود. کانتور اندیس کیفیت که برای پیش‌بینی کیفیتِ قطعات ‏عملیات حرارتی شده حاوی درصدهای متفاوت بیسموت و با سرعت‌های مختلف سرد شدن مورد استفاده ‏قرار گرفت، نشان‌ داد که بالاترین اندیس (8/352 مگاپاسکال) برای نمونه حاوی 5/0% بیسموت و سرد شده در ‏سرعت 6 درجه سانتی‌گراد بر ثانیه به دست آمد.‏‎ ‎
