بررسی اثر انحراف جهت رشد دانه‌ها بر رفتار خزشی سوپر آلیاژ پایه نیکلی GTD111DS

چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی رفتار خزشی سوپرآلیاژ پایه نیکل GTD111 تولید شده به روش انجماد جهت‌دار است. ابتدا استوانه‌هایی از این آلیاژ به روش بریجمن رشد داده شدند. سپس با تهیه نمونه، تحت آزمون خزش در دمای ˚C870 بر حسب دمای کاری پره‌های توربین صنعتی و تنش‌های متفاوت قرار گرفتند. رفتار خزشی و تغییرات ریزساختاری این آلیاژ مورد توسط آزمون های مختلف اندازه‌گیری و بررسی شدند. با توجه به این که هدف این پروژه، شناسایی رفتار خزشی سوپرآلیاژ مذکور در شرایطی است که دانه‌های ستونی از زاویه ایده‌ال طی انجماد جهت‌دار انحراف پیدا کنند، ابتدا دانه‌بندی در نمونه‌های ریخته‌گری تعیین شد، سپس با تعیین میزان انحراف دانه‌ها، رفتار مکانیکی آنها بررسی شد. همچنین، از شبیه‌سازی کامپیوتری بهره گرفته شد تا دانه‌بندی نمونه‌های ریخته‌گری شده، مدل‌سازی شود. با مدل‌سازی سه‌بعدی دانه‌ها در نمونه‌‌های خزش و سپس تغییر زاویه رشد دندریت‌ها در هر دانه، تحلیل کامپیوتری رفتار خزشی نمونه با استفاده از معادله نورتون و تغییرات عمر خزشی با تغییر زاویه انحراف دانه‌ها بدست آمد. نتایج نشان داد، افزایش زاویه انحراف طی رشد دندریت‌ها در یک دانه از صفر تا 3 درجه، موجب 4/0درصد افزایش در تنش متوسط و افزایش زاویه رشد در همان دانه از 3 به 10 درجه، موجب 5 درصد افزایش و افزایش از 10 به 20 درجه، موجب 11 درصد افزایش در تنش متوسط در این دانه در مقطع میانی نمونه شد.
