تاثیر عناصر بهسازدر بهبود اندیس کیفیت ‏آلیاژ آلومینیم 356‏A‏‎ ‎قبل و بعد از عملیات حرارتی 6‏T

چکیده

در این تحقیق تاثیر کلسیم، استرانسیم، منگنز و برلیم در بهسازی و بهبود اندیس کیفیت آلیاژ 356‏A‏ آلومینیم حاوی 2/1 ‏درصد وزنی ناخالصی آهن، قبل و بعد از عملیات حرارتی، بررسی شده است. بر اساس نتایج حاصل شده، استرانسیم و کلسیم موجب ‏بهسازی ذرات سیلیسیم یوتکتیک و کاهش ابعاد ترکیبات مخرب ‏β-Al5FeSi‏ می‌شوند به‌گونه‌ای که اندازه متوسط این فازها به ‏ترتیب 23 و 18 درصد کاهش می‌یابد. افزودن برلیم و منگنز تاثیری بر فاز سیلیسیم یوتکتیک ندارد اما موجب جایگزینی ‏صفحات ترد و شکننده بتا توسط ذرات آلفا (‏α-Fe‏) با مورفولوژی حروف چینی می‌شود. در اثر این تغییرات ریزساختاری، اندیس ‏کیفیت آلیاژهای بهسازی شده توسط کلسیم، استرانسیم، برلیم و منگنز به ترتیب 58، 32، 31 و 17 درصد افزایش می‌یابد. ‏انجام عملیات حرارتی 6‏T‏ ضمن استحکام‌دهی رسوبی آلیاژ، موجب بهسازی حرارتی سیلیسیم یوتکتیک و خردایش صفحات ‏بتا می‌شود اما تاثیر آن در کاهش ابعاد و کسر حجمی ترکیبات آلفا کمتر است. بیشترین میزان بهبود اندیس کیفیت در نمونه بهسازی نشده با عملیات حرارتی به میزان 36 درصد است. در حالی‌‌که این میزان در نمونه‌های ‏بهسازی شده توسط کلسیم، استرانسیم، برلیم و منگنز به ترتیب 6، 13، 21 و 19 درصد است. افزایش میزان تخلخل و ‏حضور ترکیبات نسبتا درشت آلفا در ریزساختار از جمله مهمترین عوامل موثر در کاهش نسبی اندیس کیفیت نمونه‌های بهسازی ‏شده پس از عملیات حرارتی به شمار می‌آیند.‏
